How to submit a case
Four steps, start to finish
A case goes in once and keeps its history as it moves. Nothing is re-attached, re-sent or re-explained at the next stage.
Request an account
Register at allonxflow.com with your professional details. Accounts are for licensed dental professionals and their staff; Vertex Dental Studio reviews each registration and turns access on. Already with us? Sign in and pick up where you left off.
Open the case and upload
Add a new case, then open the stage you are working on and upload straight to it: the intraoral scan, the CBCT, clinical photos and photogrammetry data if you have it. STL, JPEG, ZIP, RAR and more, from any scanner, with no email size limits. Each stage has its own sub-stages - Surgery 1 to 4 - so every file lands exactly where it belongs.
Follow it stage by stage
Every case moves through the same four stages - pre-surgery, surgery, prototype try-in and final - each with its own date and a tick when it is done. The case overview shows the progress bar, the stage dates and, once the case ships, its tracking.

Talk on the case, hear the moment it moves
Questions and feedback go in a message thread attached to the stage they belong to, so nothing is re-explained at the next one. You get a text or an email the moment a case is received, files land, or a message arrives.
